Lifecycle
- Open — gap accepted, owner assigned.
- In progress — work shipping outside or inside the product.
- Blocked — waiting on dependency (legal, product, partner).
- Closed — change shipped.
- Verified — re-check shows movement (or documents that it did not).
Loop health
A workspace full of open loops and no closes is not “busy” — it is stuck. Health metrics exist to make that visible to marketing and leadership alike.
