AI Products Terms

These AI Products Terms supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy when you use GetLoopLoop features that involve machine learning or third-party model providers (“AI Features”).

AI Features generate probabilistic outputs based on models, prompts, and context you provide. Outputs may be incomplete, outdated, biased, or incorrect.

Visibility scores, gap summaries, strategist answers, and suggested actions are decision-support tools — not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing content, making spend decisions, or representing facts about your brand or competitors.

You must have rights to submit prompts, URLs, brand materials, competitor names, and knowledge-base documents.

Do not submit passwords, payment card data, government IDs, special-category personal data, or confidential third-party information without authorization.

You are responsible for configuring workspace access so that sensitive materials are only available to authorized members.

To deliver AI Features we may send relevant context to third-party model APIs. Processing is for providing the feature you invoked.

We do not use Customer Content to train GetLoopLoop’s own public models. Provider training practices are governed by their terms and our configuration; enterprise customers may request current provider details under NDA.

Availability of specific models may change; we may route requests across providers for quality, latency, or resilience.

Competitive or market claims derived from AI visibility checks should be validated before external use. AI mentions are not a substitute for formal brand or legal clearance.

AI Features may be subject to plan quotas, rate limits, and fair-use thresholds. We may throttle or queue excessive automated traffic that degrades the service for others.

You will not use AI Features to: violate law; generate malware; engage in deceptive impersonation; produce non-consensual intimate imagery; or circumvent safety systems.

You will not attempt to extract model weights or underlying system prompts beyond ordinary product use.

Disclaimers and liability caps in the Terms of Service apply to AI Features. You assume risk for reliance on unverified AI outputs in production marketing or executive decisions.

We may update these AI Products Terms as models, providers, or regulations evolve. Continued use of AI Features after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted.
