1. Categories of processing
GetLoopLoop may use providers for application hosting, database and backup infrastructure, AI model inference, email delivery, authentication, monitoring, and payments. The exact provider set can change as the service changes.
2. Our requirements
We require subprocessors to process relevant data only to provide their services to us and under contractual or other appropriate safeguards. We remain responsible for our obligations to customers under the DPA where it applies.
3. Current-list request
Customers and prospective customers may request the current core subprocessor list and the role of each provider by emailing getlooploop@gmail.com. We will provide the information appropriate to the request and contractual relationship.
4. Changes
Enterprise customers receive notice and objection rights for material changes only where their signed agreement provides for them. This page will be updated when the disclosure approach changes.
