Free tools for seeing what AI search misses
Five checks you can run without an account: see how a page is retrieved, turn a keyword into the questions people speak, read what assistants say about a brand, find where writing reads like a template, and check how far AI answers moved today.
- No account, on any of them
- One page, keyword or brand at a time
- Every reading states what it cannot tell you
Choose the question you need answered

- Extraction, chunks and retrieval context

Start with one keyword and explore the questions a person may ask an AI assistant across real-life contexts.

In what order to use them
Most people arrive with one question — why an assistant does not mention us — and that question has four smaller ones inside it. This is the order they answer in.
1. Find out what is actually being asked
Start with Voicescope and one keyword. The phrasing a person speaks to an assistant is rarely the phrasing they type into a search box, and a page written for the second can miss the first entirely.
2. See whether your page can be retrieved
Run the page through Vectorscope. It shows the passages an assistant can extract, how they group, and how much of the page falls outside the retrieval cap — which is the part no ranking report will ever tell you about.
3. Read how the page sounds
PatternScope marks repeated sentence shapes, stock phrases and claims with nothing behind them. A passage that reads like every other page on the subject gives an assistant no reason to quote yours rather than somebody else's.
4. Check what assistants say now, and against what weather
Brandscope asks three assistants the buyer questions around your brand and compares the answers. Read that alongside the day's answer volatility: a bad reading on a turbulent day is weak evidence, and a bad reading on a settled day is about your pages.
What none of them do
Said here rather than discovered later. Each tool repeats its own limits beside its own result, and these four are true of all five.
- They do not report rankings. Nothing here is a position in a result list, because an answer is not a list.
- They do not estimate demand or traffic. A question Voicescope surfaces is a plausible phrasing, not a volume.
- They do not detect AI writing. PatternScope marks patterns a reader reacts to, and a human writing to a template produces the same marks.
- They are readings of a moment. An assistant asked the same thing tomorrow may answer differently, which is the thing the volatility page exists to measure.
Small checks, clear limits
These are practical readings, not scores or promises. Each tool says what it measures and what it cannot establish, so you can use the output as a next question rather than a false certainty.

Questions about the free tools
Do I need an account?
No. Each free tool can be used without an account, with a visitor-level rate limit so the service remains available.
Are these tools a trial of the paid product?
No. They are standalone readings of a specific page, keyword or brand. The product itself is invite-only.
Can I use the results as a ranking or demand estimate?
No. The tools show an observable reading or a structured hypothesis. Their individual pages state the limits beside the result.
Which one should I start with?
Voicescope if you are not sure what people ask, Vectorscope if you have a page you care about, and the volatility reading before you act on any single day's result. The order above walks through all four.
Do the tools store the page or brand I check?
PatternScope stores nothing and calls no model. The others keep what is needed to return your reading and to stop one visitor exhausting the service; none of them publish what you checked.
Is this the same as an SEO audit?
No. An audit measures how a page is ranked in a list of links. These measure how a page is read, quoted and named inside an answer, which is a different question with different failure modes — a page can rank well and never be retrievable.
How often does the volatility reading update?
Once a day. It is not a live curve, and a day measured on too few comparisons is published as thin rather than drawn as a fact.
