1. Our approach
We aim to make GetLoopLoop usable with keyboard navigation, readable content, semantic structure, and responsive layouts. Accessibility is an ongoing product practice, not a one-time claim of conformance.
2. Current status
We have not published a formal third-party accessibility audit or a blanket certification of conformance. Product changes can introduce barriers, and we review them as they are identified.
3. Report a barrier
Email getlooploop@gmail.com with the page or feature, the assistive technology or browser you used, what you expected, and what happened. Do not include sensitive account information in an accessibility report.
4. Alternative access
Where a reasonable alternative is available, we will work with the reporter to provide it while we assess the underlying issue.
